We’re a family farm built on love for our animals and the land. We raise grass-finished beef with care, haul livestock safely throughout the Midwest, and design apparel that celebrates farm life—all done with honesty, hard work, and heart.

We are Russ & Amanda Kurtz, and we are the proud owners of The Fancy Farm Wife Mercantile in Raymond, OH. Though the dream of having our own farm was years in the making, it wasn’t until we got married here at the farm that our dream really began to take shape. Our first Highland Cow “Skye” joined us in 2019, and now a dozen cattle later we continue to name them and ensure they are at the center of what we do. A few years ago, we added pork and now have over 40 piglets born yearly all thanks to our first pig “Oreo” and her oldest daughter “Esther”. No farm is complete without Chickens and our flock of Rhode Island Reds ensures plenty of fresh eggs are available.
