Your Quarter Beef Share includes a variety of premium cuts, such as:

Actual packaged weight varies depending on the size of the animal and your cutting instructions.

Note: Because a quarter beef is split from a half carcass, some specialty cuts may be substituted with equivalent cuts to ensure every customer receives a fair assortment of beef.

A $300 deposit reserves your Quarter Premium Beef Share.

Once your animal has been processed, we'll contact you with the final hanging weight, review your cut instructions, and arrange pickup or delivery.

Our beef is available in limited quantities throughout the year, so we recommend reserving your share early.
